1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Some items cannot be returned, including:
Used or damaged products (unless defective)
Items without original packaging
Personal use items (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
